Ysgol Dyffryn Aman is a bilingual comprehensive school and 6^th form located in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire with 49% being able to speak Welsh to first language standard.

In 2018, RACS were appointed by TRJ Ltd to complete a kitchen refurbishment of their main cook line and dishwasher area.

RACS have been working closely with Carmarthenshire Council for a number of years for both servicing of equipment and guidance on new build and refurbishment projects. Based upon the school’s needs we provided three new 20 grid Rational combi ovens, a Falcon 6 burner range, Hobart hood dishwasher and a bespoke extract system. All installation and services distribution were installed and completed in time for the start of the new school term.
