La Parrilla Mumbles, SwanseaClient: Daniel Tercero

The sister restaurant to La Parrilla SA1 and La Braseria in Swansea is the new La Parrilla Mumbles located in the prestigious Oyster Wharf development in the heart of Mumbles.

The owner Daniel Tercero is a long-standing customer of RACS and we were approached at the early stages of design to create an aesthetically pleasing state of the art kitchen facility.

Working in conjunction with local architects Thomas Parry Architects we were able to finalise a kitchen and wash-up area design as well as a bespoke ventilation system that became a stunning “show case” kitchen.

RACS proposed a Hobart Cookline Suite spanning 6.4 metres across the back wall of the kitchen. This included charcoal grills, 4 burner hobs and twin tank fryers as well as Hobart Bonnet Equator and 10 grid combi ovens at either end.   Below are ambient units and above comprises of a bespoke extraction canopy spanning 8.6 metres.

It was not going to be an easy fit-out for the RACS installation team with the restaurant location being on the top floor, however the 30 plus years of combined experience within the team ensured it was a professional well-managed job.
