Finnegans Extra, BryntirionClient: Huw & Sarah Jones

An award winning chain of Fish & Chip shops was first formed in 2001 by Huw and Sarah Jones. Their expansion over the years has seen new premises in Swansea, Porthcawl, Bridgend and Baglan. They now have an additional site in Bryntirion, their second in Bridgend called ‘Finnegans Extra’.

The offering at this new site was to be different to all four other sites. Their objective was to extend their menu from the standard offering of a fish and chip shop to target the take-away breakfast market and provide different ‘Specials’ every day.

Following the brief by the client, RACS provided an additional self-cooking centre, bain marie and bean-to-cup coffee machine along side all other catering and refrigeration equipment necessary for a busy fish and chip shop.
