Slebech Park Phase 2
VENUE: Slebech Park is in the middle of a 600-acre private estate boasting stunning views over the upper reaches of the Daucleddau Estuary. It has become one of the most sought after locations in west Wales for creating a truly memorable day for any occasion large or small.
OBJECTIVE: To incorporate a new commercial kitchen within an existing listed building, paying due regard to any potential noise pollution and the many environmental issues thrust upon the client by the Planners. This second kitchen was to meet the demands of functions and banqueting for up to 400 guests as well as the ability to overcome the extra workload when providing an extensive menu for corporate hospitality events.
SOLUTION: Having investigated numerous possible solutions RACS were engaged once again to design and install the new catering facilities as well as the "walk-in" Cold Room, the purpose designed extraction system, the Altro wall cladding and safety flooring. The flexibility of the RACS Team meant that they would be able to react quickly to the continual changes forced upon the project by several external Bodies, each having an interest in the Slebech Park development.
OUTCOME: “Once again I am extremely pleased with the new facilities provided and installed by RACS who not only met the demands of a tight programme but were considerate in their approach to the many challenges we had to overcome. My faith in their ability to work with the many trades employed for Slebech Park's development and to dovetail with their activities during the many construction phases has not been without good cause as they met all demands place upon them.”
