We invest heavily in the training and ongoing accreditation of our staff. Collectively, our engineers are qualified in catering equipment installation, servicing and maintenance of gas and electrical appliances (with an excellent first-time fix rate). Our apprenticeship scheme has been running for over 25 years which gives young people great training opportunities and a great investment into our future. Through this scheme we have recruited some of our best engineers.
RACS’ people in the field are supported with a strong head office team to equip them for almost any requirement in commercial catering from independent businesses to large private and public sector organisations.
