Maintenance Contracts

We provide competitively priced maintenance contracts which can cover all of your catering, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. These contracts will ensure that your equipment is well looked after, maintained to manufacturers specifications, and lasts for many years following the initial guarantee period.

Depending upon the equipment installed, the contract will be specifically drawn up to reflect your installation. Manufacturers maintenance schedules will be specified within the contract thus ensuring that the most appropriate servicing schedule is maintained throughout the useful life of the equipment.

Breakdown Cover

In many instances, equipment fails at the most inconvenient moment. To cover against this type of eventuality, RACS provide a 24 hour breakdown service throughout the year. This ‘call out’ service operates through an answer-phone system, whereby the service engineers on call regularly check for messages, and respond accordingly.

We will make every effort to get your appliances working correctly within a short a time as possible. Where manufacturers spare parts are required, this may not be possible immediately, but at all times you will be kept informed of the situation.
