What do I do if I want to proceed?

Call 01792 795222 to speak to a RACS representative who will ask you a couple of general questions including your name, position, organisation, contact details and objectives of the lease request. Following this, your RACS representative will forward your details to our partnering Finance Company and it will be the Finance Company who will contact you to request more details or ask you to complete their application form.

How long does it take for my application to be approved?

Once the Finance Company is in receipt of your application form, generally a response will be given to you within 24 hours (during the working week).

What forms do I have to complete?
Apart from sharing some general details with your RACS representative who in turn will pass this information onto our partnering Finance Company, you will be required to complete an application form. An approved application by the Finance Company will be followed with the Leasing Agreement that will be posted to you for signature which needs to be returned to RACS.

What if I am declined?

Finance Companies are not allowed to tell us why a Client has been declined, however, if you write to them then a full explanation will be given without obligation.

Who owns the equipment at the end of the lease?

RACS will contact you before the leasing period has expired to establish if you wish to exchange the equipment for brand new and enter a new leasing agreement. If you wish to retain the equipment, then ownership will need to be transferred to your business. For an administration fee equivalent to a further 2 months rental, RACS will make the necessary legal arrangements via the Finance Company.

What will the total cost of leasing the equipment be?

RACS lease agreements and costs per day are based on a 3 year lease period with only a small deposit of 3 months rental plus VAT being required. This deposit is then followed by a further 33 monthly rentals. We are also able to offer 5 year agreements subject to acceptance and the equipment cost. Please contact RACS for full details.
